I'm sure you've heard the saying "The only thing to fear is fear itself." Yes, it is merely a vibration, a sensation made up of particles and waves. When we look deeper, we find that the purpose of negative emotions is to propel us forward in a positive direction.
Fear everything and run, or face everything and rise? It is actually getting to know fear and accepting it that makes us stronger. "Facing it" in action without actually confronting the emotion itself, does not take responsibility for transforming it on a mental level.
We might face our fear of heights by climbing a tree, then that emotion of fear changes. Does it make sense that this emotion indicates our need for safety of expression? Possibly fear relates to other underlying emotions and experiences that, when we address them, cultivate a sense of inner peace. By exploring our emotions with curiosity and compassion, we uncover our strengths and weaknesses. Strength is not a weakness, and weakness is not a strength. And yet to yield like water, gives one power:
"Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard. This is another paradox: What is soft is strong."
People have found many ways to face challenges, and discover love in awareness of their emotions. Fear may signal a lack of awareness that fundamentally creates a "negative" feeling. Ironically, it creates a rush of awareness to protect ourselves in the situation. It acts as a temporary handbrake to safety, thereby enhancing our senses. This can be a powerful tool when we harness the energy for positivity.
When you feel happy, it flows and the "I" disappears. What truly exists, outside of clock time? When you start seeing synchronicities, it means your third eye is awakening. Although we're already innately "awake" or "enlightened", it's a process of remembering who we are that makes us conscious.
We all get resistance, fear, and blockages. Then, as the wheel turns, some of us may transcend those illusions into pure reality. What I call reality is simply the presence of life. Spirituality is simple yet profound. It's not thinking outside the box, it consists of the box, outside, and the path between. In essence, it's a relationship with your true nature/self. A bridge between physical and other dimensions, that connect us to our higher aspects of being. Like a rainbow, each is contained within the physical dimension, going from emotional, energetic, mental, astral, causal to unity consciousness.
Paradox is the humour of the creator because in that mystery, clarity exists. In the middle of chaos, one can find order. This is how we may awaken our inner peace while an outer storm seems to be going on. Yet in truth, we're the one creating it- unconsciously- since our thoughts affect one another like the butterfly effect. Do we have free will as such? In a sense, like the weather chooses to rain when clouds get full. We manifest realities that hold a full vibration of combined intent and emotion.
The map doesn't represent the terrain, and looking from a distance when really truth is about observation of our own thoughts and feelings. Reality presented outside of us, due to the resistance we place on it, such as time-space, creates a sense of separation and duality.
Now, duality is part of life and can be contended with, but the purpose of duality is unity, such as in Taiji. Dissolving the ego is fun and gets to a point where nothing actually exists, and then you may laugh at how illogical it seems- for an ego to dissolve itself! We create our own reality, yet we have no actual existence? We can reframe it as transitory meaningful occasions....
In the Bible, it says in the beginning was the word, but the original said "without beginning". See how manipulation hides the truth. The powers that be, outside of us, don't want us to know the truth within us. It's almost perfect how this discrepancy causes us to yearn for freedom. We have a choice, we can play our own game. "I cannot change what others do, but I CAN change what I do". I got the power.
Law of attraction - the thought creates feeling and action. Manifest through vibration. Good/bad do not exist independently, simply relative aspects of oneness. To comprehend this means to embrace change and see Negative emotion as showing us where we want change.
We can dream of a house in the forest with a river flowing through and fruit trees surrounding (at least I do). Visualization precedes manifestation, and life blooms from our vision and alignment.
One who goes through this process of transforming energy (emotion) into a source of power, and guidance, takes effortless action (wu-wei). Drawing from inspiration to connect to the possibility, a joyful spark of divine love.
Truly, the only thing in our way is our own resistance, which dwells deep within, layer after layer. Those obstacles act as capacitors for our dream reality, merging with source.
Transforming your idea from caterpillar to butterfly begins with focusing on what you want and trusting in its existence in the now. As you do this, the momentum of its presence builds in your mind, as the vibration of your vision, words, and echoes around the universe.
You, as consciousness, create worlds with your energy through transmutation. This connects people through dreams and conversations in reality. And you'll learn to enjoy the journey as much as its ups and downs. Give your attention to this moment of infinite bliss, seek sustainability, growth, expansion, and upliftment, and care for our Earth as the Sun lights the moon. Each ray of yours represents a dream manifesting, so have faith, and live with an abundant mindset. And you may realize that physical reality depends on the purity of space itself that contains energy and matter. We bask in its abyss, for the source gives us life, and let this moment continue eternally- a toroid unfolding and crystallizing as a form.
Speaking of the source of creation, there are 7 rays of golden sunlight that form our soul:
1. First Ray: The ray of power, initiative, and will.
2. Second Ray: The ray of love and wisdom.
3. Third Ray: The ray of creative intelligence and manifestation.
4. Fourth Ray: The ray of harmony, beauty, and balance.
5. Fifth Ray: The ray of concrete knowledge and science.
6. Sixth Ray: The ray of devotion, idealism, and emotional sensitivity.
7. Seventh Ray: The ray of organization, ritual, and order.
Technology creates an illusion that knowledge is limited. Yet we forget whom built this wonderous thing! We have complete access to source, Akash, ether, and computers hold a minute division of power relatively. Yet we can appreciate the intricate detail of our own creation and celebrate the unfoldment of consciousness through it.
We remain as divine love, and Awareness. Open "your" awareness to subconscious thoughts that guide "you" through subtle messages and suggestion. Trust the universe and listen to "your" intuition. We're here to appreciate both the logical and creative sides of consciousness.
Creativity and logic combine well. Dive into the arts, music, meditation, yoga. These can help, but they are only keys. To walk the path of spirit, we dance with joy and think freely. Mindfulness means accepting with awareness, then transcending reality, where harmony can be found. We live usually in reaction to the outside world, this symphony that constantly requires a conductor.
Let go of control, let the words speak themselves. Then listen as the universe responds. It's a conversation with our creator until finally the creation we desire arrives in the journey of our creating. And so the dream exists in consciousness, like a seed inside a mango. Waking up is realizing the fruit has energy to nourish your cells, and your excitement is the birth of a new desire - to go and plant a tree! Where? You decide. You're "God"!
We're each God's children, living as one on this planet. And, we exist from the light, from the source of each of us. The material world is a manifestation of our spirits. To live in balance with others takes a collective vibration. Peace means aligning our frequencies in a way that creates a positive unifying field.
Higher and lower frequencies help us grow spiritually. The Sun offers high frequency vibes, while lower frequencies of the Earth keep us grounded. Even plants and rocks have preferences/values in terms of vibration. To raise our vibration means to accept our resistance to reality and in doing so release resistance to presence. It has nothing to do with reggae and walking barefoot, although that sounds fun!
Techniques exist to transform in the body rather than transcend to a "higher mind". Releasing negative energy involves transforming yourself, rather than trying to change the energy with assertion. This involves a four-step process of Trigger, Release, Action, and Repeat. Observing what triggers our negative emotions and creating mental space, we can take direct action and gradually, we have less resistanc to that energy.
Another benefit of transforming ourselves is that we become aware of the spirit within, which begins to speak to us through the expression of our soul. Nature may also communicate with us through vibration, light, and sound. We begin to move and breathe with nature in a way that creates harmony and balance.
As we become more present, we stop chasing happiness outside and begin to see it all around us. The state of presence has the power to wash through us and bring us inner peace.
In conclusion, the world is a boundless expanse of energy that we are each a part of. Our consciousness and awareness shape our reality, and we have the power to change it. By accepting the present moment, we can begin to raise our vibration, transform ourselves, and connect with the divine. It's a journey that requires , faith, and openess. Embrace the paradoxes, step into the unknown, and trust that the universe has your back.
