We attract what we are, not what we want. So words have power, when applied in the right context?
"I have a million £s in my bank account now" vs "I wish I had more money"- the difference is the feeling of the words. One generates abundance and positive emotions. The other is from lack.
One is more relatable, general and sure- realistic. We can reach for the stars.
In this physical universe, we're aware of spacial changes, manifestations and divergences in time. We feel a whole world of emotions, going through day to day- each has a purpose- to express polaritys, expansion & connections.
Our imagination is our creative reality. Aligning with our dream, is the only thing we need. The only thing that can get in our way, is our own resistance to change.
Part of you likes the way things are, another part wishes they were different. This is duality- a contrast of desires where One is needed. Advice? Observe, and discover!
Have you ever walked in the supermarket, wondering what you might buy- thinking of the worldy pleasures that would uplift your feeling to one of happy joy spark?
We can learn from recognising what we want (abundance) and then the best way to attract what we want is to offer it ourselves vibrationally.
Give thanks to the Earth. Smile to others when you need a friend! I know usually a smile is the result of happiness, yet it can work both ways.
How we feel is the most important thing, how often do you check in? How do you resonate with you?
Sometimes, the thought of how you could be feeling creates a gap between how you actually feel and another version. This feeling is known as guilt.
The way to bridge the gap, is called observation: simply bring awareness to that feeling without judging it or your thoughts.
Enjoy that presence, while observation gives way to new inspiring thoughts that set you free! In other words you find unconditional love.
And then naturally you choose the foods you resonate with from a place of freedom.
so its a bit like listening to music, and connecting. Do you listen with your ears & heart? now can you enjoy it? I'm currently listening to Dies irae, the Essential Choral collection.
Can you TRY to enjoy a song that doesn't vibe with you? Sometimes. But not completely. Some music can uplift the mood you are in already...
MAYBE you can GROOVE inside so that the music supports your aura, like a symbiotic vibration of sound echoing around. Rhythm creates the universe, and connects our spirit. Let your emotion drive the rhythm, like the currents of the ocean drive waves.
One cause of guilt is the idea of a food being healthy/unhealthy. The opposite of guilt, is awareness of what you need.
Naturally a cave-dwelling, tree-dwelling chimp/forager discovers Earth with 12 senses vividly exploring...
Today, with supermarkets supplying most of the produce, we have to figure a way out.
If you're smart, you walk in with optimism and appreciation, with knowledge of how to shop and gather what supplys you need. Make a plan, get into a meditative mode, follow your compassion for Life!
Head for an open space, its like being in a forest! Our body is intelligent, it knows what to eat instinctively- yet with so many options, we're discombobulated.
Its generally our emotion that will choose the food, so if we're a bit nervous it throws our connection off balance. Reach for a positive emotion before you reach for food!
Observe from a broader perspective. FEEL from a broader perspective. Be at the cause not the effect.
You are not the thoughts that occur, but the space they exist in. That is consciousness being born. As we nurture this unconditional gift of present it gets easier and clearer to be content with that vibration and cultivate empathy for our needs/bliss.
Then we start to accept, and trust the flow of life. Trust is important as it brings us confidence, faith, insight into the field of awareness.
Wu Wei- the principle of following the natural flow.
A leaf, grows toward the source of light. When ready, it falls along a beautiful path to the ground. There is no map, it simply knows how to get there. Animals learn to dance around the wind, the sun, the water. When we're not connected to source, mentally, we're like a sitting duck on a stormy sea. Being conscious is about stepping into our power.
Then you're not just buying pears, you're being guided by your spiritual self to ignite moral courage to follow your heart to appreciate the foods that nourish the body, from source to human reciever that we're thankful for dearly and that makes us feel joyful and we like feeling joy, as it creates further joy, and I create my reality, and I value what I value!
So how about when we persue a dream- for the sake of happiness, success and health? Does it work out, when we focus on the physical manifestation of these things, rather than increase awareness of our inner experience?
That's what the Law of Attraction is about: find what you want, feel for inspiration, imagine it as reality... For instance- I feel excitement about health, & I envision my cells vital and strong, expressing the light they have.
And I appreciate how delightfully the plants grew, and produced an edible foodage.
"where its a fruit or a nut- its a foodage"- Karl Pilkington.
Thanks for reading. Have a beautiful day.
