These Qi Gong practises target mouth, teeth, and gums to enhance your ability to say "tip of the tongue teeth in the lips" effortlessly:

1. Qi Gong for facial muscles - This exercise involves pursing your lips and exhaling strongly as you contract your cheeks. This helps to strengthen your face muscles, including those around the mouth, which can help improve the support for the teeth.

2. Tiger's yawn - This exercise involves opening your mouth wide while inhaling deeply, then bending forward and exhaling while making a "ha" sound. Repeat this as much as you want to relax your jaw and increase circulation to face and neck.

3. Snake's breath - This involves breathing deeply and slowly in and out through the nose while gently biting down on your teeth. This relaxes jaw muscles and clears tension, & prevents clenching / grinding teeth.

4. Swallow's release - This involves sitting or standing with your arms raised and your palms facing upwards, then slowly bringing your arms down while exhaling through your mouth. This exercise relieves tension in our jaw and neck area, which can also benefit our teeth and gums.

Additional Exercises:

1. Tap Gums Gently: Tap gums softly 20 times and massage gently for oral stimulation.

2. Roll Your Rs: Create a percussive effect on teeth by making the "RRRRR" sound to engage dental vibrations.

3. Hum with Tongue On Teeth: Hum while placing the tongue on your teeth to enhance oral resonance.

4. Feel Qi Between Teeth: Bring teeth close together without touching and sense the subtle energy flow (qi) between them, allowing them to tap naturally due to the magnet pull.

By incorporating these techniques and practices, you can successfully maintain a healthy mouth and overall well-being. And remember, smiling not only spreads positivity but also unifies the mind and body.

Chinese Reflexology

When you direct Qi to an area that needs to be healed, that healing energy helps your body to heal itself.

Points for the teeth are located on the tops of the toes, below the toe knuckles. On the big toe, there’s just one knuckle, so the reflexology points are located above and below the joint.

ree

The reflexology area is shaped like a thin strip and there are two strips on each toe. The distal (top) strip is for the upper jaw and teeth. The proximal (bottom) strip is for the lower jaw and teeth.

The toes on the right foot correspond to the left side of the mouth and the toes on the left foot correspond to the right side.

Use your thumb to press and rub across the strip in a side-to-side motion. Massage the reflexology points for your teeth for about a minute every other day.

You can use your feet to gauge how well something you’re doing is working. When there are problems with your teeth and gums, these reflexology points are extremely sensitive to massage. As your body heals, the teeth points on your feet feel less sensitive.

Key – Use Your Mind to Heal, Not to Distract

True healing isn’t about researching the right routine, eating the right foods, taking the right supplements, etc. It’s about listening to your body’s innate wisdom instead of the incessant ramblings of your brain. If you’re a super-analytical type, Chinese Reflexology gives you a tool to hear your body through your feet.

Your mind answers with words. Your body answers with feelings.
