Thinking acts as a catalyst for Life's expression, and thus we develop profound connections to create harmony and Unity. Thoughts play a significant role in shaping our mind, and affect our relationship with other people and nature. Our thoughts may contribute to connecting with others and creating unity, leading to a sense of harmony and meaningful relationships.
Do thoughts exist upon a background of consciousness? thought seems an entanglement with "no thought", in other words where thoughts arise from. And remember Einsteins idea that nothing doesn't exist, per say, it's merely absence of matter/vibration.
Perhaps by recognizing the intricate interplay between physical form, environment, we can develop a depth of awareness and clarity. Through an introspective observation, we may unveil a profound nature of truth by light of consciousness, illumination, & enlightenment. Positive emotion, a complete circuit of energy, flows within and reflects on the outside.
Fear, while a natural response that heightens our awareness for protection, often veers into illusions that distract us from our authentic selves. Since fear and excitement share neuropathways, how we interpret and transmute fear shapes our mental response to challenges that arise, offering an opportunity for growth and empowerment.
Pondering mechanisms of fear and it's impact on our perception of reality, let us strive to observe with calmness, chaos that fear often triggers. Let us navigate the complexities of fear with clarity and composure, reminding ourselves that with mindful awareness and conscious choices, we have nothing to fear. At least we can ask ourselves about the nature of our fear and enquire about its purpose. Maybe we can also find some "no fear" i.e. confidence.
Practical steps for navigating fear and fostering love and compassion:
1. Mindful Observation: When faced with fear, take a step back and observe it without immediately reacting. This pause can help create space to respond thoughtfully rather than being controlled by fear's chaos.
2. Clarity and Composure: Practice grounding techniques such as deep breathing or meditation to maintain clarity and composure in the face of fear. This can help prevent impulsive reactions and promote a more balanced response.
3. Recognition of Fear as Temporary: Remind yourself that fear is a passing state and does not define your reality. By acknowledging its impermanence, you can approach fear with a sense of detachment and perspective.
4. Conscious Choices: When confronted with fear, consciously choose how you want to respond. Consider whether your actions are aligned with your values and intentions, and make decisions that serve your wellbeing and growth.
5. Cultivate Love and Empathy: Extend compassion to yourself and others, recognizing the shared humanity that binds us all. Practice acts of kindness, empathy, and presence to foster a sense of interconnectedness and unity.
By incorporating these practical steps into your daily life, you can navigate fear with greater resilience and cultivate a mindset grounded in love and empathy.
To show compassion to the world, turn inward- meditating upon simple virtues such as peace, joy, health, and equality. With love, empathy and kindness we can transform emotions into presence.
Awareness shines a light on what we feel so that we can learn from it and transcend it. Many of us experience this without knowing, we go through the emotions. Emotion basically means energy in motion, while movement simply means expression of energy.
Sometimes unable to witness our emotions, we act out of unconsciousness (inverse of emotion). In a way we sit at the back row of the cinema to "our" mind. That suggests an effective technique to distance ourselves from a distressful situation. By truly observing and accepting, we create space enough to live life. And since mind projects a vision of awareness, a projector purifies through thought.
Instead of identifying with mind, we may trust source, that exists as our ethereal body. For an observer depends upon a subject, and a projection of reality where we play, act and dream up the matrix of our life. Fascinating to me, that means our presence of mind affects reality, including books we read, videos we watch, people we talk to etc.
Consciousness creates this material world, as it emerges from depths of subconscious and springs from superconscious. Paradoxically, big bang theory suggests from "nothing" does "something" appear, synonymous with that idea of thought arising from consciousness.
Emptiness without challenge, of activity to bring joy into life, deems boring. Perhaps also doing nothing, can challenge us and simultaneously returns to nothing when complete. Yet rarely can we do nothing. How do we truly get to grips with this concept of nothing? Nothing actually means no thing...
Suppose "no-thing" equals consciousness, it might mean that existence simply exists for existences sake. An empty thought, vessel, void. And we arrive full circle, with a previously thought idea that emptiness creates fullness.
Objection! How can no thing express these words? Do you read this insight? Perhaps we overlook what no thing means? Does it have purpose & order, amid mystery & chaos?
Sometimes we can baffle ourselves by "our" thoughts... It could be that no-thing we refer to manifests as it emerges, like heaven and Earth.
Heaven represents purity, and celestial emanations. Now I know angels bring light, and sound to space.
Our physical body, emanates a frequency balancing heavenly Qi and Earth Qi.
Earth's vibrations create our experience and build life from within... as we hold emotions of cosmic proportions in miniature form.
We can consider that consciousness exists, both formless and in form... it gives rise to infinite (conscious intelligence).
It includes thoughts, ideas, feelings, and perhaps abstract senses such as seeing sound, hearing touch, smelling taste & feeling thoughts. Yet for intuitiveness we knew how to arrange our senses, in accordance with nature.
Life attunes to divine proportions- such as fibonnaci sequence.
Some say no math can be found in nature, rather we add it as an afterthought. Others say it exists integral to reality.
Maybe it depends on how we view our life, as a possibility. One that creates, flows with energy that creates us. For example, water shapes our body and mind. Destiny, fate. Yet we have a choice within that.
To make sense of nature's dynamics we can look to maths:
1+1=2
2+1=3
3+2=5
5+8=13
See the pattern? This sequence when drawn in squares of each number, shapes the spiral that we know as Fibonacci. Our dilemma lies in that these patterns occur within form, and do not directly point to formless reality. In other words, logic can take us thus far:
Numbers hold meaning to many cultures:
1=2 and 2=1
That shows how yin and yang form One.
How heaven and earth meet.
and from 2 arises 3 and myriad of things.
This describes how humans diversify and divide.
Humans classify into groups- rich and poor
e.g. a hermit lives in search of spiritual truth.
meanwhile a businessman works in office for financial gain.
Can we truly thrive unless organic connection exists?
When each aspect of worldly and spiritual "dimensions" awakens to mutual oneness
Behold, we have Unity and sharing gifts with another.
To give can mean simply attention, sharing a message, and empathy- we really do have feelings & emotions!
Connection brings us happiness, joy, unity, strength, and clarity. challenges we face together contribute to higher consciousness and spiritual growth. though truly it is through the discovery of our mind-body that we gain benefits.
Exploring feelings and needs deepens insight and connection with one's self. A need such as openness and honest enhances life, for an individual, collective and whole.
Some things seem like needs yet hide it's strategic element such as money and food. True needs such as freedom and nourishment universally apply. Different strategies may open up possibilities for needs to get met.
Money is a form of energy transference, hence the name "currency", like a flowing river... truly it belongs to no one, & changes according to changes in life situations.
Remembering we flow like a spirit, reminds us to stay present and mindful. In our body, our temple, represents true wealth. Balance Yin/Yang aspects of money, matter and energy, reflects in our life. Money simply buys resources: seeds, water, love, kindness.
We contribute to society by our actions, thoughts, attitude... Creating equality in economic systems, poses challenges since each of us have unique needs. Yet we're powerful creators, who create by our intention & awareness! We can create harmony and balance- with compassionate communication.
In essence, our awareness manages who we "are" and what we experience, through the ups of joy and happiness and downs of reflection and contemplation.
"manifestation" results from our alignment, to a degree that we discover spiritual wealth.
Our subconscious hears our vibration and frequency. We can also observe our thoughts with awareness. When intention gets set by our heart, emotion amplifies it.
Learning to appreciate unfolding of consciousness as it happens. Let's remember that life itself offers a precious gift... each moment we breathe and sense our body
Naturally, observing gives us the power to create, attract, and take action. It is true that the energy of positivity brings abundance and wealth because in imagining this reality we create it. Although a purpose of this would seem to make life happen our way, it's real intention to connect with source, God, creator. Balance and alignment with divine energy and awareness of self, gives us spiritual satisfaction and joy.
How we feel indicates what our body needs. Intuition points toward truth and awareness. It doesn't point to a path outside.
Meditation and qi gong nourish our body truly. We desire both spiritual and nutritive food, for it produces Health. These days modern society seek material pleasure, during spiritual awakening. Some would call it ascension, others shadow work. By asking critical questions we may uncover how we feel about some things.
We constantly avoid basic truths of our essential nature, while the truth eludes us. We avoid bad people, bad food, bad thoughts, and bad feelings. We constantly avoid without thinking- who am I?
Health is not merely a concept, a state of physical being. It takes courage and patience to develop into... a light born from the shadow, emanating love, shimmering peace, dancing gracefully, glimmering, and radiating joy.
Health builds health, healing immediately from the second of ill health. Health supports health and illness reconciles health.
Dis-ease in fact rectifies conditions that did not serve an organism (multicellular, conscious) by cleansing that energy that could not be assimilated by his aura (that we assert is "toxic" in nature).
Health also creates health, by its attraction to the likeness of it, therefore assimilating components cooperative to itself.
Therefore, we might suggest health depends on the health of our whole system as much as the part. As in the fern whose single leaf (frond) represents the entire structure put together. This fractal setup, unifies consciousness within an organism (shall we say it bonds the fronds?)
True health, in other words, has infinite potential and no particular form. It may exist in a balance of yin & yang, 5 elements, and unity. Yin and yang don't mean equal in quantity, rather they mean qualitatively.
For instance, one person having an abundance of apples may trade with another for a rare mango. One person may be happy yet poor, another melancholic yet rich.
Sometimes we perceive others differently from how they are, so it's important to check in with how we feel. It may seem as though someone has more than us, but they have little in reality.
You may contact someone to ask for money, thinking they have lots, but they're secretly struggling to pay housing costs and support their family. Additionally, they may feel sad, lonely, worry.
What really matters when discussing money is the feelings/needs behind it. Empathy. Where happiness and health is present, perhaps money flows... can we talk about how money affects our feelings and needs rather than simply as an end goal strategy?
We each have qualities and therefore connection to the source of life. Connection is really what's important, as it enriches our life completely.
Do not trade what lasts a few days for that which is eternal. Remember what your spirit calls you to do here. The spirit is One with the Self, and not an entity to speak to, we can be aware of it through our self.
As a human, lacking physical symptoms, would not suffice to call it health, as it is not whole. Some philosophies, traditions & practices such as Natural Hygiene, meditation, Yoga, qigong, etc. incorporate a holistic approach- receive influence from modern/alternative thinking. We say that when it includes our whole being, rather than a unification of our parts, it can be truly Wholistic. To say that focusing upon connections in the body, is wholistic is like saying:
Penguins can't fly. I can't fly. Therefore, I am a penguin.
So how to align?
1. Observe, and envision.
2. What needs do you have?
3. How does it feel to have that need met?
4. Can you expand from that feeling to some kind of action?
Thus we start from mental, go to emotions and energy, then progress to movement and expression.
You can create what you want in this life, it depends on your values.
Living a life of value and virtue for the sake of it, and service brings inner contentment.
In summary, we're "part of" a Universe that cares for its inhabitants, as it brings us together in harmony with Nature.
Nature is the manifestation of the Divine, the celestial heavens above us. On Earth, we have much work to do in order to find balance and harmony... by living for our true selves and going beyond ego, we can bridge the gap to the divine.
This path, while it sounds arduous, takes no effort to follow, and as awareness lights up the way, we awaken the spirit, and the journey arrives at our doorstep. In other words, letting go of egoic pursuits, success, and achievements, allows nature to perform through us.
When we channel, we live for angels, our higher self (superconscious/intuition), rather than our lower self (unconscious/ego)
Indeed, this subtle force guides in ways you can't imagine because it acts from a place of knowing and trust...giving life to life by opening up the creative mind.
"You can be creative only when there is abandonment-which means, really, there is no sense of compulsion, no fear of not being, of not gaining, of not arriving. Then there is great austerity, simplicity, and with it there is love."
Now...I'm not saying don't use logic, & technology for decisions, planning, etc. I'm just saying tap into creativity by letting the body express as well as the mind, through means such as music and art, movement and play. Whales sing in our waters, while dolphins use echolocation to communicate. Whales sing 20-40 minutes and apparently can write songs, over the course of years!
I once did a workshop with a group called Whaletone opera, that involved experimenting with different sounds. This group is run by Makoto Nomura and the British composer Hugh Nankivell. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4LGchUrLDg
You may also enjoy this music of dolphin sounds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOsfvjwwe2E Dolphins are intelligent because they live in water, meditate at night, balance their frequency with sound, and have freedom to travel as our nomadic ancestors did. And for those who believe our ancestors live through us, its true, water cycles continue and journey on.
Logic represents form, like a wave on top of the ocean, rising towards the moon and spiralling back towards the sand. Creativity is the formless, an energy that gives power to the waves of the ocean. An ocean that awaits experience, knowledge, and mastery.
Before you go creating, take a moment to appreciate what you (god) have created. How does it feel? Do you want more of that or less? Smile, and the world smiles with you- it's true because you are the world, and the ocean in a drop.
