Welcome to my hair growth blog, with heart-felt dedication to empowering you to achieve healthy, vibrant hair despite experiencing hair loss.

I can relate to the emotional challenges of frustration, and feeling self conscious. Although I suggest that it offers an opportunity to address insecurities and embrace our true selves.

What influences our perception of beauty? Does source exist outside of us? In my perspective, beauty encompasses an aspect of God, consciousness, and divinity that embraces every aspect of ourselves.

Today I present a guide with ideas and techniques that can support you in nurturing both your external and internal beauty!

One important aspect to consider is the importance of nourishment and nutrition (a process of taking in and using nutrients for growth, metabolism, and health)

Consuming enough calories and a diverse range of nutrients from a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables can promote healthy hair growth.

Animals, like chimpanzees, mainly consume fruit and leafy greens to get a variety of nutrients according to seasonal availability in their local habitat.

Trusting the process of body transformation during a regeneration phase is essential. People transitioning to a Raw Vegan diet and lifestyle often experience hair loss to begin with, including many youtube influencers. Patience is key, so give your body the time it needs to rejuvenate and grow new, beautiful hair. Accept yourself unconditionally in this moment.

Herrings law of cure dictates that energy goes to areas of priority, so focus on maintaining overall health for optimal hair growth.

Consider massaging your scalp and thyroid regularly to stimulate hair follicles and encourage growth. Enhancing energy circulation through qigong can help improve blood flow to the scalp, supporting hair health from within. Try this 5 min massage:

Hydration and sunlight play vital roles in health, including hair growth. Make sure you stay hydrated and get plenty of natural sunlight to nourish your body and hair. Incorporating balayama yoga, fasting intermittently, and lowering stress levels by practising meditation, qigong and walking in nature can also help support kidney function and promote healthy hair. Using castor oil can help to enrich and strengthen hair (topically) as well as coconut oil for its protection and nourishing properties. I trust that washing hair with water will suffice and fruit peels as an extra treat for the skin/hair.

Maca root, known for its hormone balancing properties, has been shown to both inhibit DHT and restore expression of the estrogen receptor beta. Minerals like MSM, silica, and zinc can support hair health though may be found in fruits, vegetables and healthy fats, such as avocados, soaked seeds, and sprouts. Vitamins such as Vit C, D, and biotin also help in hair growth.

During the transition to a raw vegan diet, detox symptoms may arise due to the cleansing and hydrating properties of fruit. As the body detoxifies, hair loss may happen as excess proteins are released and necessary resources are gathered for rebuilding. Adding leafy greens to your diet can help mitigate these effects while also providing extra nourishment.

Consider following an 80/10/10 approach, which involves keeping fats and proteins at a low to moderate level. It's important to note that many amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins in the body, are produced by the body itself, and only 12 are obtained from food - known as essential amino acids.

Embracing hair renewal means making space for body to naturally regenerate. If you see any hairs on your scalp—no matter how sparse, thin, short or fuzzy—your hair follicles are still alive and kicking and sprouting new hairs. Hair loss is commonly caused by clogged hair follicles. You can try the application of ACV + water to your hair, and also rosemary.

Some practices, such as Qigong, Yoga, and Reiki, can improve circulation and energy levels. For example, massaging and tapping the back of your head and neck, as well as regular scalp massages, can boost blood flow to your scalp.

Yoga poses like forward folds and legs up against the wall can also be beneficial for circulation and energy flow.

Incorporating Reiki into your morning routine can promote holistic well-being. Start by warming your hands through rubbing, then place them over your head and face for a calming and energizing effect.

Smile and enjoy the connection with your body and energy. Nourishment from within, sends a rippling effect outwards!

Remember, your hair growth journey is a process, so be kind to yourself along the way. Let's create healthier, happier hair together!

By implementing these tips and techniques into your routine, you can support healthy hair growth and boost your confidence in the process.
