As we live on this planet, we create our own reality through our choices, words, actions, and intentions. Our thoughts and feelings, transmit energy, frequency, and vibration into our outer world. While we may acknowledge this power of creation, it sometimes passes our mind that our awareness affects reality, and our perception shifts how our reality manifests. By focusing on our breath we can connect with that presence of mind and body- a medium where we shape our lives.

Naturally, we feel connected to source when we're creating and in the flow... yet its methodology diversifies in strategic manner - it could be meditation you find yourself, it could also be something active like music. Different qualities build our experience and offer valuable insights. Both positive and negative have a part to play in a dualistic world - and recognizing this can empower us to balance our internal environment. Whether we form a Unity or simply observe from a subjective point of view - the underlying feature we seek, harmony, dwells in between body and mind - as spirit channels its way through us.

When we look at what exists in this moment, what do we find? Our true self: a presence that imbibes this divine connection, yet neither does it truly exist in Duality nor in Oneness. An unfathomable paradox it seems, perhaps reconcilable by creative interpretation. The yin-yang symbol represents an intricate tension between intertwining qualities. This takes into consideration that we exist as an aspect of a divine source, mysterious and omnipresent. Rather than viewing this power as a separate entity that rules over us, we can see it as an energy that supports and guides us.

As we marvel at existence, let's acknowledge our connection to the mysterious source that sustains us. This understanding can lead to compassion, love, and truth. We often perceive God's work as a playful, creative process that provides infinite resources. However, we sometimes mistake omnipotence for a power that controls us rather than supports us.

Do we shape our own frequency and vibration through thoughts, emotions, and actions? Have we unwittingly surrendered our power to the system and matrix? If so, how can we reclaim our power and what possibilities would it unlock?

By embracing the principle of Wu Wei and Flow, we can harmonize our energy and unlock our creative potential. When we follow our inspiration, we can express ourselves through music, movement, and dance. Nature offers countless examples of harmony and balance, from the fluid movements of trees and clouds to the unique expressions of animals. By observing these natural wonders, we can attune ourselves to the rhythms of life and discover our own inner flow.

The Latin word "animal" originates from "anima," meaning "breath," "soul," or "spirit." However, the "mal" suffix doesn't mean "bad," but rather is derived from the Proto-Indo-European root "*men-", meaning "to think" or "to intend." In Latin, "animal" initially referred to a "living being" or "ensouled being," implying a connection to the soul. Over time, the term evolved to specifically describe non-human creatures.

We're each unique forms of energy manifesting in relationship to our environment. Think about how we breath in exactly what trees breath out, and form other symbiosis such as eating fruit. Notice how similar life forms appear to their surroundings, and listen to the voices that signify a deep meaning that seems to be hidden.

Like the wandering soul, animals exist on their own journey, following the tune of their heart, singing the joy of Life. This inner essence we may call intuition, the Dao or simply a positive feeling. By acknowledging their place in the web of life, we can learn valuable lessons about resilience, adaptability, and the interconnectedness of all beings.

Embracing both logic and creativity, we can cultivate a harmonious balance within ourselves and our world. As we navigate the universe's mysteries, we discover an ongoing adventure of growth, surprise, and challenge.
